Evening Skin Care

At evenings, our skin requires more care and attention. It is important that we develop good skin care habits so that we can keep the face skin in good shape. If you want your skin to look flawless and glowy you have to follow a few simple steps. Dermatologist say that the good skin hygiene can prevent any outbreaks and premature wrinkles.

Step 1 Cleansing

During the day, our skin is hidden under a thick layer of foundation, concealer, and setting powder. All those cosmetics create a barrier which unable your skin to breath. It is important to realize that all kind of red spots and skin outbreaks starts in clogged pores. Give your skin time to rejuvenate and heal. Take your make up off using special face cleansers. If you do not have the regular make up cleanser, you can use micellar water or tea tree oil. Clean your face also in the morning, before putting the make up on.

Step 2 Exfoliating

Two times a week, use a gentle scrub to get rid of the dead skin cells from upper derma layer. You can do a great scrub yourself. Mix coconut oil, a tablespoon of honey with bicarbonate or sugar and massage your skin with circular motion. If your skin is very sensitive, be careful when using the mixture on your cheek area. You do not want to scratch your face.

Step 3 Moisturizing Mask

You should always match the facemask accordingly to the type of your complexion. If you have combination, skin pick the mask rich in fruits essential oils. If your skin is dry the rose water would be the best. Providing skin with proper hydration makes keeps it in good shape and wrinkles-free. If your skin is dry, you are more likely to have premature wrinkles in the future.
Apart from using moisturizing creams and lotions, it is very important to drink plenty of clean water during the day. Unfortunately, neither coffee nor tea does count. Dermatologists recommend drinking six to eight glasses of water each day.
