Face mask with aspirin – the simplest recipe

You will need:

  • 3 tablets of aspirin,
  • 3 tablespoons lukewarm water.

The aspirin mask is very easy to make. You have to start with the preparation of aspirin – some people crumble it into small pieces, while others pour water over it over to make it soft. Both options work well. It is enough to combine the tablets with water so that a paste is created. The way to do it is entirely up to you. Tip: aspirin paste made from crushed tablets has additional exfoliating properties.

The method of use is as simple as the method of preparation. The aspirin mask should be applied to clean skin, so before you start, cleanse your face thoroughly. The aspirin paste is best applied with your fingertips, making circular motions. Such a few-minute massage stimulates circulation and supports exfoliation of the epidermis. Then, the aspirin mask should stay on the skin for 5 to 10 minutes to work deeply and effectively. Finally, gently wash your face with lukewarm water.

  • Natural yoghurt, if you want to bring relief to irritation.
  • Aloe gel, if you want the mask to be refreshing.
  • Apple cider vinegar, if you want to make a hair rinse out of it.
